For individual quotes it is helpful to communicate as many details as possible in advance, e.g.

•  total amount of persons
• desired type of photos (portrait, headshot, business portrait, reportage, image photos)
• amount of photos / amount of photos per person
• are group photos required
• shall the photos be taken onsite at the customers site or in the studio
• what is the intended purpose (web, print, intranet, social media, Xing, Linkedln, book cover, billboard or LED billboard, dating platform, private use etc.).

The more information I know in advance, the more detailed the quote can be.
